This dessert stout has been aged in Irish whiskey barrels for 4 months, and finished on Peruvian Chingama coffee beans, roasted locally by Carrow Coffee. This stout provides notes of sweet Irish whiskey, vanilla, caramel, as well as brown sugar and ripe plums coming from the coffee blend.
