“Raw” ales are those which are brewed without boiling, with the wort being brought up to Pasteurisation temerature only. This leads to an enhanced body and haze. Our juicy IPA was brandewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, wheat, & Cara Claiand dry hopped with the Galaxy variety from Australia. Pouring a golden orange, expect masses of peach, guava, passionfruit and citrus in both the aroma and flavour.
